Evarosa Bracero - REALTOR®

Evarosa joined the Schrockstars Team in November 2021 as Executive Administrative Assistant and Listing Coordinator. She is now a full time REALTOR®. Prior to working with the Schrockstars, Evarosa worked in the medical field. After the pandemic, the medical field posed many challenges and so she decided to pursue a new avenue. Soon after, Evarosa found her way into Real Estate. It quickly became the best decision she had made. Evarosa’s goal is to help educate the community on the importance and benefits of investing in real estate.

Outside of the Office:

Evarosa is originally from Puerto Rico and a native Spanish speaker. She grew up in Salisbury, Maryland, lived in Mexico for 2 years and moved to Delaware to attend high school. She graduated from Cape Henlopen High school in 2016. Evarosa also studied nursing at Del Tech.
