Sarah Mooney - Listing Coordinator, Director of Marketing & REALTOR®

Sarah Mooney is the Director of Marketing, Listing Coordinator and REALTOR® with the Schrockstars Team in Millsboro, Delaware. Before helping create The Schrockstars in 2018, Sarah explored multiple avenues of sales experience as well as marketing, graphic design & photography. From retail management to graphic design, Sarah’s extensive knowledge, experience & creative edge helped shape The Schrockstars Team to being one of the most unique and successful Real Estate Teams in southern Delaware. Sarah’s goal is to bring a unique approach to the traditional real estate field. 

Sarah began her real estate journey in 2018 with team leader Toni Schrock. What started as a simple assistant job turned into a unique collaboration in creating The Schrockstars. 

“It literally happened in the morning, drinking coffee.” Sarah mentioned. Toni & I went off topic (as usual) and just started spouting off ideas about how to approach the business. During that chat, she said she always dreamed of forming the perfect team, but she was just so busy, she pushed the idea away. So I said, Why not do it? Let’s create a team!" She started rhyming words to her last name and then The Schrockstars came to life!

Sarah stresses that trust & honesty is everything when it comes to real estate. Developing relationships with both clients & professionals is key to being successful.

“Technology is changing rapidly, and it always seems like there is a new social media platform trending to keep up with. People are shopping more and more online to find their homes, it is convenient. But nothing takes the place of meeting someone in person & really getting to know them. One on one interaction can’t ever be replaced.”

Outside the Office:

When not at work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her 4 sons and husband.
